I'm based in Medina, Ohio and work with clients across the country.

I hold a JD from the University of San Diego School of Law — and while I never practiced, it shaped how I think: methodically, in writing, with an eye for risk and an instinct for precision.

I believe the best-run businesses grow steadily — not chaotically. Not by chasing every shiny tactic, but by building durable systems, clear accountability, and cultures where people actually want to show up.
